Children’s Museum of Napa Valley (CMONV) has designed a community-wide art project titled:
Creating in Place
Inaugural Edition, A Napa Valley Youth Art Collective

This community-wide art project began during the 2020 Covid shut down. The mission is to offer every Napa Valley artist/child (TK-12th grade) the opportunity to express their own story through art and become a published artist.
CREATING IN PLACE provides space to showcase and give voice to Napa County’s youth (K-12th grade) through visual and written art forms in an art collective of art, short story and poetry submissions. EVERY submission made by a Napa County youth resident found a home in our published hardcover book, which continues to transcend as a time capsule and memoir of our community.
